This is a 3-story domestic building in the Art Deco style built in 1941. The structural system is concrete block. The foundation is spread footing. Exterior walls are stucco. The building has a flat with parapet roof and unspecified dormers. 4 decorative panels just below recessed roof cornice line Windows are replacement aluminum single-hung sashes. SHS; Metal casement; Paired; Corrugated stucco moldings underneath window panes on tower; Continuous eyebrows over whole 2nd and 3rd story windows; Eyebrows of corner windows of tower are unattached to the eyebrows extending towards northern side There is a single-story, wrap-around open porch characterized by a flat roof clad in stuccoed with rectangular stuccoed posts. Porch facing East is incised into main building structure; Porch facing South is open, colored terrazo flooring with title of building inlaid; 3 massive columns supporting concrete covering; Balustrade delimitating porch area are thick stucco casts with block pattern hinting the same patterns found in the five bar-shaped decorative elements above third story eyebrow Three steps lead to entrance lobby; Racing tracks carved in upper portion of wall (3) and ceiling (2); Decorative moldings on top of openings of main lobby wall composed of 6 horizontally aligned roundels; Black marble-like entrance desk; Colored and patterned terrazzo flooring.

The Southeast Financial Center skyscraper is a two-acre development in downtown Miami, Florida, United States. It consists of a 765 feet tall office skyscraper and its 15-story parking garage.
Building Facts:
The building has won the TOBY Building of the Year Award in 1990, 1996 and 1999, and in 1997 was chosen by the Wall Street Journal as one of the 50 best buildings in the United States.
Designed by the renowned architectural firm Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, the building’s unique design and towering height dominate the Miami skyline, offering breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and City of Miami.
Located in the heart of the Downtown Business District, it is one block from I-95, and immediately adjacent to the Bayfront Park Metro.
In the immediate vicinity are several of Miami’s best hotels, as well as a festive shopping center.
First Union was the largest (in floor area) and tallest building in Florida until completion of the Four Seasons Hotel, also in Miami.
This is currently the tallest commercial office high-rise in Florida.

1450 Brickell, is an all-office skyscraper located in the city of Miami, Florida, United States. The building is 540 feet tall and has a total of 35 floors. It is adjacent to One Broadway in Downtown Miami’s busy Brickell Financial District.

50 Biscayne is a fifty-seven story skyscraper condo located in the Central Business District of Downtown Miami, Florida, United States. As its name implies, the tower is located at the address of 50 Biscayne Boulevard in between Flagler and Northeast 1st Streets. The size and stature of 50 Biscayne conceives a significant part of the Biscayne Wall, which is a series of buildings and parks stretching along the picturesque Biscayne Bay.
The tower is 554 feet (169 m) tall and the main lobby consists of three stories, followed by the Park Suites, which are condos customly furnished by the Rockwell Group, on floors 4 through 9. The two story tenth and twelfth floors contain hotel-esque amenities available to the tower’s residents. Ascending floors contain all condos.

The Blackstone is a 13 story historic high-rise building located in Miami Beach, Florida. Built in 1929, it was the tallest building in the city for a total of 7 years.
This building is currently an apartment community with 130 units.
